Verkhovna Rada intends to consider the election of the parliamentary speaker at the meeting on Tuesday.

Speaker’s election was planned for November 18 and 20 but was not held due to the absence of a coordinated candidacy for this post.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on December 1, Petro Symonenko, chairman of the parliamentary party of Communists, made a prediction that the parliament will have a break in its work up to its plenary meeting on December 4, after it is opened on Tuesday.
On November 20, Rada refused to start the procedure of viewing the election of the parliamentary speaker.
Only 78 deputies from Our Ukraine - People's Self Defense bloc and Communist party of 226 required voted for this issue to be considered.
