A mission of the International Monetary Fund has arrived in Ukraine to meet with authorities.

International Monetary Fund Mission Chief for Ukraine, Ceyla Pazarbasioglu heads the delegation.
The mission experts plan to meet with Ukrainian officials.
Tasks of the mission include monitoring of the situation in the Ukrainian economy, including in the monetary and credit sector, the budget sector. The mission is also to analyze anti-crisis measures taken by the Ukrainian government.
The mission will work in Ukraine for one week.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the previous mission of the International Monetary Fund worked in Ukraine in mid-October.
On November 5, the Board of Directors of the International Monetary Fund passed a decision to allocate Ukraine a USD 16.4 billion bailout loan to fight economic problems in Ukraine.
In November, the International Monetary Fund allocated the first tranche of the standby loan of USD 4.5 billion.
