According to a poll conducted by the Public Opinion Fund - Ukraine (FOM-Ukraine) from November 12 through November 24, 64.8% of Ukrainian voters are intending to vote at early elections to the Verkhovna Rada if they are held.
Ukrainian News learned this from the results of the poll.
The question of the poll was whether voters are intending to take part in early elections to the Verkhovna Rada if they are held in Ukraine.
Of those polled, 27.6% said they would not take part in early elections to the Verkhovna Rada and 7.7% said they were undecided.
The polled was conducted in 160 population centers from November 12 through November 24.
The FOM-Ukraine polled 2,000 respondents aging 18 and over.
The margin error is within 2.2%.
As Ukrainian News reported, 60.6% of voters were intending to take part in early elections to the Verkhovna Rada in October according to a poll conducted by the FOM-Ukraine.
President Viktor Yuschenko advocates normalization of the work of the Verkhovna Rada by the end of 2008, so as to cancel early elections to the Verkhovna Rada.
Yuschenko said earlier he would set a new date for early elections to the Verkhovna Rada after funding is allocated from the national budget for the elections by the Verkhovna Rada.
