Verkhovna Rada Chairman Arsenii Yatseniuk does not rule out dissolution of the Cabinet of Ministers after the parliament satisfies his resignation statement, he said at a briefing.
He said that these things are mutually connected.
Yatseniuk said that if he resigns and the new speaker is not elected, the early parliamentary elections will become inevitable.
The speaker said he is an independent political figure and cannot be pressed by other power institutions.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Verkhovna Rada decided to consider the issue on resignation of Verkhovna Rada Chairman Arsenii Yatseniuk.
