Verkhovna Rada Speaker Arsenii Yatseniuk is supporting an agreement on temporary interaction to be signed between President Viktor Yuschenko, the Cabinet of Ministers and the parliamentary factions, he said this in the Verkhovna Rada's Conciliatory Council meeting.
"I do not see any other way out beside an agreement on temporary interaction to be signed between the Rada factions, the Cabinet of Ministers and the President," he said.
Yatseniuk stressed on the need to sign the agreement as the issue on Rada coalition had not been settled so far as well as that on snap parliamentary elections.
In this connection the Speaker calls on politicians to unite and solve national problems in view of the political crisis.
As Ukrainian News reported, Yuschenko dissolved the parliament and called snap parliamentary elections for December 7.
Later on he suspended his decree on dissolving the parliament and postponed the election until December 14.
The President will set the date for the early parliamentary elections soon after the parliament allocates appropriate funds to this effect.
On October 31, the Verkhovna Rada refused to include a provision on funding snap parliamentary elections into a bill on immediate anti-crisis measures.
