Verkhovna Rada deputy-assistant chairman of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction Andrii Portnov said that his political force is likely to include deputy of the Our Ukraine People's Self-Defense Bloc faction Anatolii Hrytsenko, head of the group of advisors of the prime minister at the prime minister’s administration Vitalii Haiduk, and chairman of the investors’ council of the Cabinet of Ministers-advisor of the prime minister Serhii Tyhypko into the election list for the early parliamentary elections, he told this to the Delo newspaper.
«We deeply respect Anatolii Hrytsenko as a politician. This person can make the list better... everything can happen as they are respected people,» he said.
At the same time, he said that the bloc is holding no talks regarding formation of the election list as the decree on dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada and setting of the early parliamentary elections had been suspended.
Estimating possibility of inclusion of former leader of the Social Democratic Party of Ukraine (united) Viktor Medvedchuk into the BYT, the deputy said that Medvedchuk does not plan to do that.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Portnov is expecting that some deputies of the Our Ukraine People's Self-Defense Bloc faction will be proposed to join the bloc at the early parliamentary elections.
On October 9, President Viktor Yuschenko disbanded the parliament and scheduled the early parliamentary elections for December 7.
On October 20, he suspended this decree.
Yuschenko intends to schedule the elections after the Verkhovna Rada grants the requirement amount of funds for holding of the early parliamentary elections.
