Ukraine and Montenegro have initially signed an agreement on friendship and cooperation.
This is stated in a press-release circulated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Ukraine's Foreign Affairs Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko and his counterpart Milan Rocen chaired the negotiations between official delegations of both countries October 14.
The sides signed a preliminary agreement on friendship and cooperation between Ukraine and Montenegro, as well as a protocol on cooperation between Ukraine's and Montenegro's Ministries of Foreign Affairs.
As Ukrainian News reported, President Viktor Yuschenko is planning to visit Montenegro by 2009.
