Andrii Kyslynskyi, one of the deputy heads of the Presidential Secretariat, has accused the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc of destabilizing the judicial system.

The presidential press service announced this in a statement.

Kyslynskyi suggested that the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc's actions had the support of Russia.

"And one cannot rule out the possibility that we will hear tomorrow that a 'strong hand' is needed to save the country, meaning Tymoshenko. One also cannot rule out the possibility that our neighbors will support such statements. Essentially, it is the completion of the casting for the role of Russia's best friend," Kyslynskyi said.

Moreover, Kyslynskyi expressed the belief that Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko might take advantage of the global financial crisis to attempt to avoid responsibility for her incompetent management of the economy.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Administrative Appeal Court of Kyiv has postponed consideration of the appeal against the suspension of the presidential decree on dissolution of the parliament to October 17.

About 50 supporters of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc picketed the Administrative Appeal Court of Kyiv on October 13 to demand that the court not overturn the District Administrative Court of Kyiv's ruling that suspended President Viktor Yuschenko's decree on dissolution of the parliament.
