The Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko is likely to challenge a decree on liquidation of Kyiv's District Administrative Court.
MP Valerii Pysarenko of the bloc told this to Ukrainian News.
"We will respond to this in a legal way - we will appeal against this decree. I think the decree will be challenged in the near future," he said.
He said the decree was an attack on the court system.
He added that monarchs or dictators had not dismissed any court for decisions, even if they viewed decisions as unfavorable.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, President Viktor Yuschenko on October 13 liquidated Kyiv's District Administrative Court.
Yuschenko ordered the creation of the Central District Administrative Court of Kyiv [with 37 judges] and the Livoberezhnyi [left-bank] District Administrative Court [22 judges] from October 14.
On October 10, Kyiv's District Administrative Court suspended a decree disbanding the Verkhovna Rada.
