Verkhovna Rada deputies of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc intend to ask the Internal Affairs Ministry to open a case upon pressure on judges of the Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court while consideration of the BYT’s appeal on challenge of the judge viewing the Presidential Secretariat’s appeal filed against suspension of parliamentary dissolution.

BYT deputy Andrii Kozhemiakin told to the press.

He said that several armed security service enforcers entered the consultation room.

He also said that the BYT intends to demand resignation of three judges in this case, as they cannot take the objective decision due to the pressure.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko had mounted a challenge to Kyiv Administration Court of Appeal judge Mykhailo Mozhevych presiding over consideration of the claim submitted by the President's Secretariat against suspension of the decree on dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada.

On October 12, the Kyiv Administration Court of Appeal postponed until October 13 the hearing of the Presidential Secretariat's claim against the court ruling suspending Rada's dissolution, issued in response to the appeal of the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko. On October 10, the Kyiv District Administrative Court suspended Yuschenko's decree No.911 on early termination of parliament powers.

Yuschenko called early elections for December 7.
