President Viktor Yuschenko considers that blocking of the Verkhovna Rada rostrum by Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction deputies is the political raid attack.
He said this opening the National Security and Defense Council meeting.
Yuschenko said that on those days when the BYT blocked the Verkhovna Rada work, the parliament had a chance to endorse the amendments into the state budget for 2008 to finance the forthcoming early parliamentary elections.
He also said that despite unwillingness of some political forces to hold the early parliamentary elections, they will take place anyway.
Yuschenko also said he considers that his decree on dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada of the sixth convocation is absolutely lawful and constitutional.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc intends to keep on blocking the rostrum and presidium of the parliament until the Verkhovna Rada endorses the law on the 2008 state budget and eyes the draft state budget for 2009.
The Our Ukraine People's Self-Defense Bloc faction considers that the BYT blocks the rostrum to prevent holding of the early parliamentary elections.
