The President's Secretariat claims about criminal responsibility the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction deputies may bear for preventing appeals against suspension of President Viktor Yuschenko's decree on dissolving the Verkhovna Rada and calling early parliamentary elections.

This is stated in a press-release circulated by the president's press-service.

According to Ihor Pukshyn, deputy head of the President's Secretariat, BYuT deputies have occupied Kyiv's Administrative Court of Appeal and are obstructing examination of appeals against the decision made by Kyiv's District Administrative court on suspension the president's decree of October 10.

These actions of deputies are subject to Criminal Code as interference into the activity of judges to prevent them from performing their duties or force to rule wrongful verdict, Pukshyn said.

Pukshyn considers the prosecutor's office has to institute a criminal case against the deputies which are illegally interfering into the activity of judicial bodies and hindering administration of justice.

As Ukrainian News reported, Verkhovna Rada deputies of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction (BYuT) are going to keep a 24-hour vigil outside Kyiv's Administrative Court of Appeal to prevent appeals against the court decision on suspension of President Viktor Yuschenko's order to dissolve the Parliament.

The District Administrative Court of Kyiv suspended presidential decree No. 911 on terminating the Verkhovna Rada's powers.

The Presidential Secretariat appealed against this court decision at Kyiv's Administrative Court of Appeal.

President Viktor Yuschenko called the early parliamentary elections for December 7.
