President's Secretariat states the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction has appealed against President Viktor Yuschenko's decree on terminating the Verkhovna Rada's powers and calling snap parliamentary elections to Kyiv's district administrative court.
Ukrainian News learned this from the president's press-service.
The press-service did not specify when the appeal was lodged.
As Ukrainian News reported, President's Secretariat said presidential decree No.911 on terminating the powers of the Verkhovna Rada of the sixth convocation and calling early parliamentary elections cannot be appealed at courts of general jurisdiction.
President Viktor Yuschenko dissolved the parliament on October 8 and called early elections for December 7.
