President Viktor Yuschenko wishes health to Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on his birthday.
The presidential press service made this statement.
"I hope that in spite of different approaches to separate issues of international policy and common security, by joining hands we shall manage to ensure the most full use of the potential of our long-running friendly mutually beneficial and equitable relations for the sake of our states and nations," reads Yuschenko's congratulation.
The president also wished Russia's Prime Minister success in his responsible activities.
Putin was born on 7 October, he is 56 years old.
