In late September the State Ecology Inspectorate of Lviv region fined a large producer of cement Mykolaivtsement (Mykolaiv, Lviv region) 69,719 for tripping of dust cleaning on the enterprise.

This reads a statement of the State Ecology Inspectorate of Lviv region.

The statement also reads that the inspectorate received an information about tripping of the dust cleaning on the enterprise.

On examination, the fact of functioning of the equipment without electrostatic cleaners was underpinned.

Power outage was the reason for disconnection.

The fine for wastes that the enterprise emitted above allowable level made up UAH 69,719.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, in mid July, the Antimonopoly committee fined Mykolaivtsement and four companies in Lviv region UAH 33,000 for anticompetitive concerted actions.
