A production laboratory of the Vinnytsia bread-making plant No. 1 for experimental bakery based on technology process and quality control of flour for bakery.
Vinnytsia bread-making plant No. 1 (Vinnytsiakhlib) is a part of the Khlibprom concern.
The Khlibprom concern open-ended joint stock company is a parent company of a group of enterprises with a full cycle of bread production. It incorporates nine enterprises in the western and central regions of Ukraine.
The concern includes Lviv Bakery No. 5 (structural divisions - Sambir bakery and Chervonohrad bakery), Vinnytsiakhlib (structural divisions - Bar bakery and Mohyliv-Podilskyi bakery), Haisynkhlib (Zhashkiv, Kamianka and Shpola bakeries), Podilske Boroshno (elevator) and Rivnekhlib.
Besides bakeries and agricultural firms, the concern owns 5,000 hectares of arable lands.
Additionally, it develops the trade network of Khlibna Khata bread stores.
Khlibprom Concern occupies about 53% of the national bread market.
