The Prosecutor General's Office summons Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko on September 11 to questioning in the case on poisoning of then presidential candidate Viktor Yuschenko in 2004.
Ukrainian News learned this from the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
The press service said the interrogation was scheduled for 1000.
The press service did not tell where the questioning would take place.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on September 8, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said she had received summons to the Prosecutor General's Office on September 11.
In August 2008, Yuschenko was questioned on his poisoning.
Yuschenko said he believed Verkhovna Rada Deputy David Zhvania of the Our Ukraine - People's Self-Defense Bloc faction had been involved in his poisoning.
Yuschenko said he was satisfied with the progress in his case.
In early June, the Prosecutor General's Office it had no doubts that Yuschenko was poisoned in 2004.
