Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has said that a number of Cabinet of Ministers officials and she are being spied upon, she said at a press conference.
Tymoshenko considers as ordered the letter of the Security Service of Ukraine to the Prosecutor's General Office on results of the investigation into facts stated by the Presidential Secretariat.
«Fulfilling the political order, Mr. Nalyvaichenko writes that the facts have grounds and criminal case should be opened. Please, tell me if we have the Security Service of Ukraine? Or we have some people working for orders of the Presidential Secretariat to provide political repressions against political partners,» Tymoshenko said.
She also said that currently, cases on operational-investigations have been opened against her and other officials.
She said that she is being spied upon 24 hours a day.
«Since all those awful statements, I have been spied upon 24 hours a day. I’ve been summoned to the PGO for September 11. My phone talks have been tapped,» the prime minister said.
At the same time, she did not say what agency is implementing all aforementioned actions.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Security Service of Ukraine had sent to the Prosecutor's General Office a part of results of the investigation into the Presidential Secretariat's statements on threats to the state security.
On August 22, the Security Service addressed the Cabinet of Ministers requesting to provide information regarding Presidential Secretariat's statement on threats to the state security due to actions of some governmental officials.
On August 18, the Presidential Secretariat asked the law enforcement agencies to check information about agreements reached between the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc and Russia on support of the bloc's candidate at the presidential elections.
