The Our Ukraine People's Self-Defense Bloc faction in the Verkhovna Rada is prepared to see the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko faction to support the dismissal of the ministers appointed under the OU-PSD quota if the coalition falls apart.
OU-PSD faction chairman Viacheslav Kyrylenko made this statement to the press.
"If the BYT is now ready to sack our ministers, it makes no news for us, we are prepared for that," he said.
The deputy reminded that the Cabinet of Ministers will continue fulfilling its duties once the BYT - OU-PSD coalition falls apart and until a new coalition is created.
Kyrylenko noted that the OU-PSD ministers are not going to boycott future meetings of the government, but will attend them.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Verkhovna Rada deputy and BYT deputy chairman Andrii Portnov predicts dismissal of OU-PSD ministers.
In keeping with the temporary regulations of the Verkhovna Rada, after a deputy faction quits the coalition, the parliament can make a decision to dismiss government members nominated by this faction.
