Verkhovna Rada closed its morning plenary meeting, first deputy speaker Oleksandr Lavrynovych said.

"I announce the meeting to be closed," he said.

The deputy speaker reminded that the next meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 16; from September 8 to September 12, MPs will work at committees and factions.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on Friday, the parliament amended the law on prestige of miners' labor.
