Presidential Secretariat Head Viktor Baloha considers illegitimate all draft acts endorsed by the Cabinet of Ministers on September 3.
The presidential press service quoted Baloha.
Baloha has sent a letter to Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
"All draft acts supported by members of the Cabinet of Ministers are illegitimate, since they were not supported by the majority of the membership of the Cabinet of Ministers," he said.
Among the draft acts Baloha names draft acts on the state administration of the motor transport and on facilitation of the technical upgrade and modernization of the companies of ore mining and metal industry.
Baloha asks Tymoshenko not sign the draft acts and consider them again at the next meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, 11 ministers representing the Our Ukraine - People's Self-Defense Bloc on Wednesday left the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers to discuss the situation in the coalition with the faction and President Viktor Yuschenko.
On September 2, the faction of the Our Ukraine - People's Self-Defense Bloc decided to leave the coalition.
