Experts from the Situations Modeling Agency forecast failure of President Viktor Yuschenko's policy in the eastern regions of Ukraine, the agency said.
"For a long-time, Yuschenko has been made an enemy in Donbas, Slobozhanschyna and Crimea. Thus, the voters would rather choose [Prime Minister Yulia] Tymoshenko or ignore the elections at all rather than vote for Yuschenko," agency director Vitalii Bala said.
He said that establishment of Yuschenko's cooperation with powerful representatives and businessmen of the Party of Regions would be negative for the presidential ratings.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, in August, 73.8% of pollees questioned by Ukraine Public Opinion Fund did not approve actions of President Viktor Yuschenko.
Verkhovna Rada deputy and a member of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction Viktor Ukolov considers that Yuschenko at all hazards is trying to remain the president of Ukraine.
