Ukraine and Romania are concerned about Russia's slow withdrawal from Georgia. President Viktor Yuschenko said this at a joint press-conference with Romanian President Traian Basescu.
"We are really concerned about fulfilling certain agreements, in particular, withdrawal of foreign forces from the Georgian territory", Yuschenko said.
According to him, Ukraine and Romania agreed that the main value should be territorial integrity of Georgia and inviolability of her borders.
As Ukrainian News reported, Ukraine and Romania are striving for creation of a new efficient peacekeeping mechanism to provide stability in the zones of frozen conflicts.
Basescu arrived in Ukraine to meet with this country's leaders.
Yuschenko considers it necessary to improve a format of peacekeepers' participation in handling the Georgian conflict.
