The exercises were conducted at an aerodrome of the Special Aviation Subdivision of the Emergency Situations Ministry in Nizhyn, Chernihiv region.

Special Aviation Subdivision demonstrated operational and tactical capacities of the anti-fire aircraft and practical actions of the anti-fire aircraft of the Emergency Situations Ministry.

In particular, the subdivision demonstrated the capacities of recently purchased An-32P planes and Mi-8MT helicopters with irrigation equipment in coordination with the paratroopers and land rescue teams of the ministry.

An-32P anti-fire planes were produced by the state company "Kyiv Aviation Plant Aviant" on an order from the Emergency Situations Ministry.

This was the first case ever in the history of Ukraine that a national aviation plant produced anti-aircraft planes to a national consumer.
