Under Cabinet of Ministers' resolution No 960-p of July, 16 Kolobov, chairman of the National Communications Regulation Commission, has obtained access to state secret information.

He is allowed to work with state secret information level No. 2 titled "Top secret" and Secret".

As Ukrainian News reported, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Volodymyr Zverev from his duties as Head of the National Communications Regulation Commission, and appointed Serhii Kolobov in his place.
