Verkhovna Rada deputy of the Our Ukraine People's Self-Defense Bloc faction Hennadii Moskal asks the Supreme Court to cancel decision of Kyiv Appeal Court on cancellation of Kyiv Radianskyi district court's award, which confirms 10-year inhabitancy of Verkhovna Rada deputy of the Our Ukraine People's Self-Defense Bloc faction Davyd Zhvania in Ukraine.

At the same time, he asks the Supreme Court to suspend ruling of Kyiv Appeal Court of July 2 on the abovementioned case until his appeal is heard by the Supreme Court.
Moskal also asks the Supreme Court to cancel award of the Appeal Court on prolongation of period for appealing against Radianskyi district court ruling by the Prosecutor's General Office.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on June 18, Kyiv Appeal Court allowed the Prosecutor's General Office to appeal against ruling of Radianskyi district court, which confirms Zhvania's 10-year inhabitancy in Ukraine.
On July 2, Kyiv Appeal Court cancelled the decision of Radianskyi district court.
