The Central Election Commission has not received documents on depriving Ihor Rybakov, BYuT faction, of Verkhovna Rada deputy's mandate, Volodymyr Shapoval, Central Election Commission Chairman, told a CEC open meeting.
"The Central Election Commission has not received any documents to this effect yet", he said.
Shapoval refused to comment on depriving Ihor Rybakov of deputy's mandate until BYuT files him officially proven documents.
As Ukrainian News reported, Viktor Shvets, a Verkhovna Rada deputy of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction, thinks Rybakov will be expelled from the faction after a related bloc's congress resolution is documented.
At the same time, Shvets did not make public the congress decisions, but said the faction leader would announce them any time soon.
Then, CEC will have all grounds to register a new BYuT deputy to Verkhovna Rada, he added.
Parliamentary deputy Ihor Rybakov of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction declared his leaving the coalition on June 6.
