Denmark is ready to assist Ukraine in preparations for the European Football Championship-2012, Danish Foreign Affairs Minister Per Stig Meller said at the press conference.
"I would like to extend the cooperation in other fields. Many structures must be built by 2012... We can assist Ukraine in the construction of stadiums for the European Football Championship-2012", Meller said.
He added that Denmark was ready to assist Ukraine in preparations for the European Football Championship-2012 so that Ukraine managed to do it in time.
According to Foreign Affairs Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko, Ukraine welcomes the increase of Danish investments.
"We would like to see Danish investors in Ukraine, and we want their investments to increase within four years," Ohryzko said.
The Ministers want to see Ukraine and Denmark at the European Football Championship 2008.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Foreign Affairs Ministry hoped to introduce visa-free regime with the European Union by 2012.
Ukraine and Poland won the tender to co-host the UEFA 2012 European Football Championship.
The opening match of the championship will take place in Warsaw (Poland), and the final match in Kyiv.
