At 1:00 pm, June 26, Ukrainian News agency PRESS CENTER hosted a PRESS CONFERENCE with the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union on the occasion of the International Torture Day in the frames of “Anti-Torture” event.

Union’s representatives report on Ukraine’s implementation of its obligations concerning prevention from tortures.
