The faction of the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko at the Verkhovna Rada is ready to meet the faction of the Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense Bloc halfway in supporting a new wording of the law on the Cabinet of Ministers.

BYT MP Andrii Shkil told this to Ukrainian News.

"Yes, we will vote for it [a new wording of the law on the Cabinet of Ministers]. The main [aim] of the activities of the Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense Bloc - the law on the Cabinet of Ministers - will be introduced in practice. Thus, the pledges of the Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense Bloc to voters will be finally made good," he said.

Meantime, he said the Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense Bloc was not intending to support anti-inflation draft laws the Cabinet of Ministers is insisting on.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the faction of the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko has been blocking the work of the parliament since Tuesday to press for the consideration of three anti-inflation laws of the Cabinet of Ministers ahead any of other questions on the agenda of the parliament.

The Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense Bloc is insisting on the priority vote on the draft law amending the law on the Cabinet of Ministers.

In March, the Verkhovna Rada passed a new wording of the law on the Cabinet of Ministers at the first reading.

The parliament failed to endorse the draft law on the whole in April.
