A roundtable entitled “The Role of Technical Candidates in the Kyiv Mayoral Elections” was be held at the PRESS CENTER of the Ukrainian News information agency at 10:00 on May 16.
Topics of discussion during roundtable:
- the technologies for including people on election commissions through technical candidates;
- the “black technologies” that technical candidates are preparing;
- the technical candidates for taking votes away from opponents.
