Acting head of the State Property Fund Andrii Portnov, appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers, has introduces ratification of the SPF documents with the Cabinet seal.

"Following an order given by the prime minister I made changes to the State Property Fund regulations, in keeping with which signature of the SPF head is verified by the Cabinet of Ministers seal," said Portnov.
As Ukrainian News reported, on April 25, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko introduced Andrii Portnov to the staff of the State Property Fund as the acting chairman of the SPF, referring to an April 24 decision of Kyiv District Administrative Court, which ceased President Viktor Yuschenko's decrees suspending the reshuffling at the State Property Fund.
Then, the SPF press service announced that Valentyna Semeniuk-Samsonenko is still managing the State Property Fund.
On April 25 President Viktor Yuschenko again suspended the Cabinet of Ministers resolutions that removed Viktor Petrov, Svitlana Ledomska, Anatolii Hrynenko, and Oleksandr Potymkov from their posts as deputy chairpersons of the State Property Fund and the Cabinet of Ministers' resolutions that appointed Andrii Portnov as the first deputy chairman of the fund and Serhii Petrashko and Vadym Fesenko as deputy chairpersons of the fund.
After this Tymoshenko directed Portnov not to fulfill President Viktor Yuschenko's decrees that suspend reshuffling of the SPF leadership and privatization of the Odesa portside factory.
