FinexBank Decides To Boost Statutory Fund By UAH 16.5 Million To UAH 72.5 Million (09:32, Monday, May 5, 2008)

The shareholders of the FinexBank (Kyiv), which belongs to the category of small banks, at the meeting on April 29 decided to boost statutory fund by UAH 16.5 million to UAH 72.474 million.

Ukrainian News learned this from a statement by the bank.

The bank has plans to issue 1.65 million simple registered shares with the face value of UAH 10 each.

The subscription to the additional issue of shares is scheduled from June 16 to July 9, 2008.

Earlier the bank has announced of its intention to increase statutory fund by UAH 16 million, but decided to enlarge the issue.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, as of April 1, 2008, the net assets of FinexBank were estimated at UAH 309.185 million, the credit portfolio was estimated at UAH 210.832 million, the equity was estimated at UAH 64.683 million. The individuals assets made up UAH 66.507 million, legal entities assets UAH 152.784 million.

The bank finished 2007 with a net profit of UAH 3.933 million and January-March with a net profit of UAH 0.986 million.

Shareholders of the bank are Svitlana Kostyleva (17.83%), Serhii Osmukhin (24.99%), Slavutych Leasing (23.55%), Fineks insurance company (23.42%).
