Imexbank Raises A Series Bonds Fifth-Eighth Coupon Yield From 14% To 15% Per Annum (11:58, Friday, May 2, 2008)

The Odesa-based Imexbank, one of the Ukrainian large banks, increased the annual yield of its A series bonds, issued in May 2007 for UAH 100 million, over the fifth-eighths coupon period from 14% to 15%.

This is reported in a statement of the bank, text of which Ukrainian News obtained.

The yield of these bonds for the first and fourth quarterly coupon periods made up 14% per annum.

The circulation term of A series bonds is five years (from May 25, 2007 till May 18, 2012).

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, as of January 1, 2008, Imexbank's assets made up UAH 4,015.5 million, credit portfolio - UAH 3,372.3 million, own capital - UAH 483.4 million.

Imexbank ended 2007 with profits of UAH 40.389 million and 2006 with profit of UAH 22.632 million.

The Imexbank OJSC honorary president is Verkhovna Rada deputy Leonid Klymov of the Party of Regions.
