Economics Minister Bohdan Danylyshyn initiates the creation of the former economics ministers council.

He disclosed this to journalists.

"We were discussing the idea of former ministers council creation under the Economics Ministry," he said.

Danylyshyl already had meetings with former ministers: Vitalii Masol, Roman Shpek and Anatolii Kinakh.

"This idea was supported," he said.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, in February, former president Leonid Kravchuk, ex-prime ministers Vitold Fokin, Yevhen Marchuk, Valerii Pustovoitenko, and former deputy prime minister and Ukrainian Ambassador to Great Britain Serhii Komisarenko created a Council of Elders.
