Parliamentary deputy Andrii Shkil of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction is confident of endorsement of the law on real estate tax.
He has announced this during a chat at liga.net.
"Despite deputies' property this will nevertheless be passed by the current Ukrainian parliament," noted Shkil.
The MP spoke for the soonest adoption of this law.
Besides, Shkil favours reduction of the value-added tax.
"I'm sure, in near future this tax [VAT] will be reduced and operations with it simplified," said the parliamentarian.
Apart from this, Shkil stressed that the government is drafting and will soon present a program for the VAT.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, leader of the European Party, parliamentary deputy Mykola Katerynchuk and MP Ksenia Liapina of Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense bloc faction drafted and submitted to the Verkhovna Rada for consideration a Tax Code.
The deputies expect the first reading of the Tax Code to be studied before May.
