Cabinet Decides To Reduce Number Of Deputy Finance Ministers From Eight To Five (14:21, Wednesday, March 19, 2008)

The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to reduce number of Deputy Finance Ministers from eight to five deputies.

Journalists learned this from the Finance Minister Viktor Pynzenyk.

The government has introduced relevant changes in the addendum of the resolution No. 403 of February 26, 2000.

Changes in the document also envisage several other personnel decisions in the central apparatus of the Ministry.

At the same time, according to Pynzenyk, the total number of the Finance Ministry central apparatus employees won't increase after such changes.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, earlier the Cabinet announced of its intention to reduce number of Deputy Finance Ministers from eight to five deputies.
